Recycling
NOTICE
Dear Resident,
Due to the dwindling global market for recycled items, Earth Waste & Metals along with other recyclers in the area have begun charging to accept recyclable items. Unfortunately, this has made Putnam’s recycling program cost prohibitive. We will continue to collect recyclables through August 27th 2019 then our recycling pick up program will end. Ticonderoga will accept recyclables at the Vinyard location free of charge, Whitehall transfer station will also accept items for a fee.
